Aisling was born on 16 March 1984 on the island of Kildare Ireland. She is one of Ireland's top-rated and popular comedians. Bea was on the show with Stephen Fry on QI. She was born to Brian O'Sullivan and Helen O'Sullivan and has a sister who is named Sinead. She was in 2012 the second woman to ever be awarded the So You Believe you're Funny award. Her surname is Bea to honor her late father. Aisling Cliodhnadh O'Sullivan is a Kildare born woman. Born on the 16th of March, 1984. Bea's father Brian who was an equine vet, who was killed at the age of three when Bea reached the age of three, was a suicide victim. Bea was informed of his death only at the age of thirteen. She adopted the stage name Bea in honor of her father. She also wrote an article for The Guardian in 2017 about the family's suicide experience. Bea was raised with her sister Sinead and her mother Helen Moloney. Helen is a secondary instructor, trainer of jockeys, and a former professional racer. They were both passionate about racing, horses and the racing industry. In her youth Bea was a tour guide in the Irish National Stud however she realized at an early age that she wasn't attracted to the race industry as a job, and loved performing.
