Maggie Grace is an American actress who was born Margaret Grace Denig in 1983. Her most famous roles include Shannon Rutherford, a character on ABC's Lost series, and Kim Mills from the Taken trilogy. Maggie Grace was born in Worthington in Ohio. She was kicked out of school when her parents split up to move in Los Angeles to live with her mother. It was a struggle to make ends meet when she got her first part in the acting world in Rachel's Room's main character. The TV film Murder in Greenwich where she portrayed 15-year-old Martha Moxley earned her the nomination for a Young Artist Award. In 2004 Grace was cast as Shannon Rutherford in the television series Lost in which she was the main cast member for the first two seasons. She was also awarded a Screen Actors Guild Award shared with the cast of the ensemble.
